Turkey Expert registered with the Chamber of Commerce in 1987. Owned by Christine Altinay, her daughter Deniz Altinay Sezen and her son-in law Cem Sezen joined as partners in 2004.
For many years Turkey Expert has been helping hundreds of foreign citizen successfully purchasing their holiday homes in Kusadasi, Altinkum and Bodrum.
Besides real estate consultancy, Turkey Expert offers construction services as well, with a large selection of building lands and plots. Turkey Expert is also involved in the construction of several projects as joint ventures with both local and foreign partners.

CHRISTINE ALTINAY:
Born in Germany, she studied German and French philology and is living in Turkey since 1977. As legal interpreter in Turkey she was frequently involved in translations at the courts, solicitors’ offices and notaries which helped in acquiring an ample knowledge of legal terminology and the legal system in Turkey. She has a real estate appraiser license. Fluently spoken languages: English, French, German, Turkish.
CEM SEZEN:
Involved in construction and real estate consultancy. Studied marketing management in Holland (Hogeschool van Utrecht). He has a real estate appraiser license. Fluently spoken languages: English, Dutch, Turkish.
DENIZ ATINAY SEZEN:
Involved in real estate consultancy. She studied German language and literature in Izmir. She has a real estate appraiser license. After an additional public exam she became legal interpreter for German. Fluently spoken languages: English, German, Turkish. Intermediate Dutch.
LOUISE KESER:
Joined the team in September 2006. Occupied with after sales and customer relations. Before joining the team in Turkey Expert, she worked 2 years as assistant and power of attorney for a well established solicitor in Kusadasi, and has a good knowledge of the Turkish real estate law. Fluently spoken languages: Dutch, English, Turkish, French and German.
ALI IHSAN ACAR:
After sales, transfers, insurances, technical assistant. Languages: English, Turkish.

Kevkj : Buying houses will always result in teetheing problems but as far as being ripped off i would say turkey expert and KPS are about as trustworthy as you can get. I probably know at least 60 people in total who have bought through christine and i think most would give her credit.

Rob : My wife and I have just returned from Turkey, and used Turkey Expert to buy our dream villa. We dealt with Cem, but also met his wife Denise and mother-in-law, Christine. We had no problems with them and they introduced us to our solicitor Fahri Oner and his assoicate Louise, who was very helpful and explained everything to us and also arranged to get our tax numbers (which you need to open a bank account), notary, water, electricity and who will register you for the title deed to your property. As I said before we had no problems, and would recommend them as they were very helpful and professional.

FJO25 : Hi Sazzer, I have bought a villa on peach grove 2 which will be ready in May. I have dealt with Turkey Expert and have found Deniz very helpful and informative. The villas are in a great location and are lovely and big inside. I also viewed the Melissa villas, but found them smaller and because they are semi-detached we went for Peach Grove 2.
