Rosegarden Villa in Kusadasi

The Rosegarden is an end of terrace villa with 2 bedrooms, a patio area for eating out Al Fresco and also a roof terrace for catching the sun and enjoying the privacy, peacefullness and tranquility of the surrounding area. It is a 5 mins walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to the centre of Kusadasi. There is local transport available ( Dolmus ) outside the estate which is a regular service into town (approx every 2 mins) at a very low cost. There is also a play area for children to play football and swing.

Bedrooms: Bedrooms (2) - 1 Double and 1 Twin Bedroom. Sofa Bed in the living area which can accommodate two people.

Kitchen: Cooker, Fridge, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster
Living Rooms: Air conditioning, CD player, DVD Player, Log fire.
Other: Everything supplied for a self-catering holiday. On entering the villa there is the living area and the kitchen to the left. There is a spiral staircase that leads up to the 2 bedrooms ( 1 double and 2 twin room ) and toilet and shower. Further up the staircase there is the roof terrace with magnificent views. One can sit here and enjoy the sunshine and the peace and quiet of the area. Outside the double bedroom there is also a terrace where one can sit out and enjoy the tranquality of the surrounding area. There is a built in BBQ outside of the house.
