Kusadasi Home Service provides Complex & Site Management with experience and fluent English speaking staff. We offer the services as per below:
» Pool Maintenance
- Making the pool ready every morning before 10.00am during the summer season.
- Supplying the chemicals in the evenings and sweeping the pool with a vacuum cleaner every morning.
- Shocking the pool if it's necessary.
» Gardening
- Watering the garden everday
- Mowing the grass
- Providing the gardening equipment like a hose and lawn mower
» Cleaning
- Cleaning of the communal areas- Keeping the communal areas tidy all the time.
Security
- Keeping the security for 24 hours in determined hours.
- Applying the security rules.
Representative
- Visiting the complex 2 times in a week
- Getting the suggestions from residents
Monthly Reports
- Presenting a monthly report to all residents by e-mail.
- Taking the pictures every month and sending them to residents by e-mail
After Sale Services
Bill PaymentWater, electricity, insurance and any other bills can be paid by Kusadasi Home Service. We follow up your bills and pay on your behalf.
House KeepingWe have 3 type of cleaning services:
Basic CleaningPool Maintenance
Cleaning the floor, dusting, basic cleaning of WC & bathroom, all rooms and kitchen. (detailed cleaning is not included.)
One Day Cleaning
Daily cleaning and washing the linens. Entire cleaning of your property by our trained housekeeping staff.
Construction Cleaning
If you purchased a property that is under construction, sometimes builders will not clean the property. Your property will be cleaned twice - the first time being after the completion to get your property ready for the furniture. Second cleaning will be after the furniture is in place.
Pool Maintenence is one of the proficieny of Kusadasi Home Service. Your pool will be ready every morning before 10.00am during the summer season. Our domestic staff will supply the chemicals in the evenings, and sweeping the pool with a vacuum cleaner every morning.
GardeningKeep your garden in perfect condition with Kusadasi Home Service. Watering the garden everday, mowing the grass and providing the gardening equipment such as a hose and a lawn mower are provided by us.
Winter CareStorms, bad weather and several things will be happening during the winter time. We keep an eye on your property, both inside and outside. We also check the water supply and pipes. If the property needs some repairs, we give you a report and complete all the work needed with your authorisation.
