Sapphire Villa is located close to the popular spot of Ladies beach and situated in a private complex of eight villas. All villas enjoy the on site facilities which include a caretaker service and communal pool. The sunbathing area is situated around the pool and the villa's small terrace is perfect for entertaining al fresco.

Bathrooms: 1 – en suite bathroom with shower, 1 - principal bathroom with shower/bath, 1 - ground floor washroom.
Kitchen: Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
Living Rooms: Lounge area is open plan and features air conditioning, open fireplace and double sliding patio doors opening onto the garden area. DVD facility.
Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen provided, maid service available on request for an extra cost.

Location

The villa is located close to two beaches: Ladies beach 500 meters and Green beach 300 meters. A further 25 kms of sandy beaches are nearby and easily reached by the local transport named the "Dolmus", a 15 minute drive. Kusadasi is located 1.5 km away.
