Living Rooms: Living area is located on the ground floor and double sliding doors open onto a large balcony with BBQ, perfect for entertaining.
Others: The property is designed over four floors, the lower ground floor features a separate entrance, two single beds and an en suite bathroom.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen provided, maid service available on request for an extra cost.

Location

The local beaches are named Green Beach 500 meters and Ladies Beach 900 meters. Kusadasi located 1.5 km away offers a further 25 kms of beaches. Kusadasi town centre is a 10 minute drive away on the local transport named the "Dolmus" and most local attractions such as Ephesus , water parks, marina and The house of the Virgin Mary are all within a 30 minute drive.
